Bilgi :The series of ‘Dolittle’ movies continue with its third installation, Dr. Dolittle 3. Unlike the last two movies, the third one focuses on Maya Dolittle (Kyla Pratt) as she learns to handle being a teenager with her special family trait- talking to animals. Maya wants all the same things a typical 17-year-old girl wants: popularity, a chance to hang out with the popular girls, and date the hottest guy in school. One little problem: she can hear animals and often talks back to them. This spells trouble for Maya because it translates into being pegged as the “weirdo” and sends her popularity rating plummeting. In an attempt to help her daughter get over her insecurities, Lisa Dolittle (Kristen Wilson) decides to send Maya to Durango Ranch. While at Durango, Maya is quick to find a rival during her stay and embarrass herself in front of the cute Ranch instructor. In the end, Maya is faced with using her special skill and risk being labeled a weirdo forever or accepting who she really is to save the day.
While Eddie Murphy and Raven-Symone passed on doing the third installment, Pratt and Wilson have stayed with the project from the beginning. Norm MacDonald also returns for the third time and provides the voice for Maya’s loyal furry friend, Lucky. John Amos (of Good Times fame) also joins the cast as the owner of Durango Ranch.
