Bilgi :A small farmer and rancher is being harassed by his mighty and powerfull neighbour. When the neighbour even hires gunmen to intimidate him he has to defend himself and his property by means of violence.

Laure Bidwell (Joan Leslie) marries wealthy rancher Will Isham (Alexander Knox) for security although she still loves Owen Merritt (Randolph Scott), a small rancher. Owen's neighbor, school teacher Nan Melotte (Ellen Drew), warns Owen that the somewhat-rightfully-so jealous Owen is determined to destroy him. When Owen is wounded in a gun battle set up by Isham, he is nursed by Nan. Isham sets a trap for Owen, but he himself ends up being killed by his own hired gunman, Fay Dutcher (Richard Rober).
